Even though she doesn't know him very well, Cissie likes Troy! She thinks he's funny, and she likes his singing. She doesn't really mind when he comes and mooches at the bakery, but she does like to give him a hard time about it. ;) He earns major points in her book by being friends with Kon and Wanda, so she was predisposed to liking him in the first place. But he's friendly, funny and he makes her smile whenever they talk. <3
