Moving Day!

So, who knew two people could have so much stuff?? :P BUT--we are all moved in!!!

That's right! Tim and I are officially residents of Metropolis! Today we moved in and assembled furniture and paaaaainted. Kon, thank you soooooooo much for helping!! We couldn't have done it without you.

...Okay, maybe we could have, but it would have taken a looooooot longer and been much more painful and difficult. <3 So thank you!

And I think Grayson likes the place, even if he slides all over the floors, silly cat. Tomorrow we're going cat furniture shopping. ;) And finish touching up the painting, and who knows. We can't really settle in and unpack until the paint dries, but we should be good to start on that by Monday, I think.

Anyway! After the box-lugging, wall-painting and furniture-assembling, we ate and fed Kon, and went up to the roof to see if we could see the fireworks.




And now Tim is Doing Things upstairs, and I am exhaaaaaaausted. But we have an apartment!! And now we live in it!! And it is very, very exciting! :D

Hmph, what is this "we" stuff? I seem to remember doing all the work! Buuuuut I don't mind because I had fun and there was food and fireworks and you guys are living together and Metropolis is cooler than Gotham anyway.

...We carried some of it! And I seem to remember someone being less than helpful during furniture assembly time. Holding it together with your TTK does not make it done, remember? ;) Directions! They're very helpful things!
