Make a list of situations you avoid:

1) Fighting with Tim
2) Fighting with Mom
3) Fighting with Roy

(...I'm sensing a theme.)

4) Watching martial arts--or zombie--movies with Tim (sorry, babe)
5) Cassie in a bad mood
6) Babysitting Anita's parents by myself (ack!)
7) Trying to take a shower at 7 am when half the other girls want one too
8) Chinese food night in the cafeteria (and normally I love Chinese food)
9) Ollie. The Discussion about Ollie. Meeting Ollie. Dealing with THAT.
10) ...Losing my temper with certain people (which I avoid by--avoiding them. Go me!)
11) Heroing situations, if possible. (I quit.)
12) Meetings with my agent (all he cares about is the money. Ugh.)

I could say Ollie's not so bad, but everyone knows my judgment on him is biased.

And as far as the heroing goes...it's an individual choice. I never heard all the details, but I never hold a retirement against anyone.

You ever need to talk to someone on the outskirts of your life who gets things, I'd be glad to show up for a shopping trip or Thai food.

Yeah, it's just--complicated? I don't know if he even knows I exist... and I'm not sure I want him to? But then--some days I wonder if maybe I do... And then there's the whole Roy being my guardian thing... Yeah. Avoidance is working for the moment, I think.

I'm wounded--really. No, I know I'm a pain to watch those kinds of movies with. Apparently, Altername is the same--at least about the zombie movies.
